These TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply to ALL websites operated. These include websites located at: www.TheGunShop.co.uk and at www.Reloaders-Supplies.com

Additional Terms and Conditions

Sections titled About Us & FAQ, Payment Methods, Shipping Information and Privacy Policy are considered Essential Information and therefore form part of the Terms and Conditions.
Certain products and services have additional conditions attached to their sale. These additional conditions are legally required and therefore form part of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Acceptance of Orders

Upon confirmation of your order, TheGunShop.co.uk deem that you (the user) have read, fully understood and accepted ALL the TERMS AND CONDITIONS set out herein.
Users should not consider TERMS AND CONDITIONS to be entire or complete and TheGunShop.co.uk reserves the right to change, amend, delete or insert TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time and without notice.
Orders will not be processed nor will order conformations be sent out while we are on holidays. Please see About Us for up to date holiday information.
Orders may not be processed where it is believed that an order has been submitted via a 'saved' or 'cached' webpage.

Pictures/Photographs

Pictures and Photographs of items shown should be considered for illustrative purposes only, due to any research, development or modifications made by manufacturers.

Special Order Products

Special Order products are not normally held in stock. These products can be ordered but with a 14+ day delivery time. As these products are Special Order and obtained at the customers request they are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned for refund.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

TheGunShop.co.uk guarantees that all goods supplied will be suitable for the purpose intended as stated on the website. Any item found to be of defective manufacture or defective materials within 28 days of delivery, and that item being returned to TheGunShop.co.uk within 21 days thereafter, will be replaced or the purchase price refunded (excluding shipping) upon evidence being supplied by the manufacturer that the goods are of defective manufacture or defective materials.
Where the goods concerned are found to be defective due to intentional damage or misuse then any and all guarantee's will be declared void. In this instance the user may request that the goods be returned to them, the user will be required to pay for return delivery charges.
Please note that claims for damaged or faulty goods will not be entertained after 90 days of the order date.

Non-delivery and Undelivered Goods

Delivery of goods (within the United Kingdom) is usually within 14 days however please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If after 28 days you have not received your goods please contact us as soon as possible.
Claims for non-delivery will only be investigated after 21 days from the date of shipping. Please note that any claim made for non-delivery, which is outside of the United Kingdom and were Uninsured Shipping was chosen by the user then regrettably no claim can be entertained. Proof of shipping will be supplied to the user and it will be their responsibility to contact the carrier. Investigations into non-delivery can take up to 90 days.
Please note that claims for non-delivery of goods will not be entertained after 90 days of the order date.

Goods Returned for Refund

Distance Selling Regulations - As with any retail outlet, you have the right to examine your goods before deciding to keep them. You may return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping).
You DO NOT have the right to remove items from the original packaging or use the items.
Items returned after 7 days of receipt will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items returned damaged and/or used will be subject to a fee up to 100% of the retail value.

Goods Returned by the Carrier

TheGunShop.co.uk will automatically refund the purchase cost (excluding shipping), minus a 10% restocking fee, of any item returned by the Carrier undelivered for any reason.
Users requesting redelivery of goods must resubmit their order.

Seizure of Goods

In the event of goods being seized by any government body including Customs, Police and Law Enforcement Agencies, the goods will be considered by TheGunShop.co.uk and the carriers to have been delivered and no refunds will be given unless the goods are returned as in new condition and in the original packaging by the government body. In this case a refund for the goods (excluding shipping) and minus a 10% restocking fee, will be given to the user.

Non-Refund of Shipping Charges - EXPLANATION

Shipping costs are paid by us on your behalf to a carrier (third party) for the delivery of your order. Since the carrier (third party) has fulfilled their contract in delivering or attempting to deliver your order the shipping fee is not refundable.

Restocking Fee - EXPLANATION

A restocking fee of 10% is charged and deducted from any refund of payment. This is to cover costs incurred by us, these include return charges, bank charges and administration.

Transfer of Title

Fraud

Your IP address is recorded each time you visit this site and/or place an order. Any person committing or attempting to commit fraud will have their full details passed to the relevant authorities.

Miscellaneous

TheGunShop.co.uk may request proof of address and/or proof of identity before processing an order.
TheGunShop.co.uk reserves the right to refuse a users order at any time without reason. Where payment has been made a full refund will be given.
TheGunShop.co.uk is not liable for any additional Import Duties, Taxes or Fees charged to the user by any Authority for the purchase of goods from this website.
TheGunShop.co.uk provides this website(s) and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, content, materials or products included in the website including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
