LEE Carbide
Pistol Dies
LEE Carbide Dies are used in commercial loading machines that cycle 4 to 5,000 times per hour. A solid carbide insert, ground to a special contour that does not leave the objectionable belt mark on the case, common to ordinary carbide sizing dies. They feature a tough, almost unbreakable decapper with a built-in stuck case remover. The bullet seater is free to float and find its own center. This insures maximum accuracy because the bullet is seated axially perfectly with the resized neck.

LEE Carbide Factory Crimp Die
A solid carbide sizer sizes the cartridge (post sizing) while being crimped so every round will positively chamber.
The adjusting screw quickly and easily sets the desired amount of crimp.
It is impossible to buckle the case as with a conventional bullet seating die.
Revolver cases are roll crimped and auto-loader cases are taper crimped.
A firm crimp is essential for dependable and accurate ammunition.
Crimping eliminates the problems of poor ignition of slow burning magnum powders.
